Revi Beauti ("we", "us" and “our”) is the operator of (https://www.revibeauti.co.uk). By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer Free UK Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For Delivery). There will be an additional charge for Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Delivery that can be selected at checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges on our products.
However, if there is an issue with our product on arrival please contact us immediately and the issue will be dealt with accordingly.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Dispatch Time
All orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 business days of payment of order.
We operate Mondays to Fridays during standard business hours and are closed on national holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3.2 Delivery Address
All items are shipped to the address that you provide at checkout. These details are the buyer’s responsibility, so please double check your shipping address before completing the sale.
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address before the order has been dispatched; however the buyer will have to contact us promptly within the first 2 hours of ordering if any adjustments need to be made. If we are contacted after this time limit and your order has been sent out already, the request cannot be processed.
3.3 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await the item that is out of stock.
3.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
On a very rare occasion packages can be delayed. In this instance please contact us using our contact form or email [email protected]. We will make every effort to locate your package and to update you.
4. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment (this is based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider).
5. Parcels Damaged In Transit
Revibeauti.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
All items are carefully packaged for transit and we use bubble mailers to avoid breakages, or damages.
6. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched. For cancellations the buyer will have to contact us promptly within the first 2 hours of ordering, if a cancellation would like to be made. If we are contacted after this time frame and your order has been sent out already, the request will not be processed. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
